Our Production Capability

We operate two specialized manufacturing facilities: Mega Plast Factory and Huu Nghi Plastic Compounds Factory, both equipped with automated production lines, in-house R&D laboratories, and strict quality control systems.
Our total production capacity exceeds 15,000 tons per month, enabling us to respond quickly to diverse order sizes, from standard grades to customized formulations. With a closed-loop supply chain that starts from our own CaCO₃ powder factories, we maintain 100% control over raw material quality and offer 10–15% more stable pricing compared to the market.

Launch of Global Minerals Factory
Expanded into the coated and uncoated CaCO₃ powder segment, reinforcing Nhat Huy's long-term positioning in the mineral supply chain.
Entry into Plastics Industry
Nhat Huy officially entered the plastics industry with the launch of HPC (06/2013) and Mega Plast (07/2014) factories, focusing on the production of Filler Masterbatch using in-house CaCO₃ powder as the core raw material.
Breakthrough Year
Nhat Huy’s revenue surpassed VND 730 billion, marking a 4x growth compared to the early stages of its trading-only model — highlighting the success of transitioning into industrial production.
Global Disruption & Strategic Pause
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and global economic downturn, Nhat Huy suspended all new investment projects. Focus shifted to financial consolidation, system stability, and operational resilience.
